Fun in the Sun

This is an interesting sketch challenge from the Scrapmuch! blog. I set out with a plan but that went out the window as I worked. I admire those scrappers who plan their pages and work to that plan. My pages evolve from one minute to the next. I never know which way it is going to go and the finished product sometimes even surprises me. I Have turned the sketch around a little but have retained the basis of the sketch.I like the beachy theme and also the colours.

I love doing the Stuck! Sketches challenges and this month they have collaborated with ScrapMuch. This Was such a fabulous photo of Chloe and both the sketch and colour challenge worked well together.

Enjoy the Moment

I'm limping along with my computer. It has been three weeks since I have been able to post a blog and being as computer literate as I am it has been very frustrating. So if something untoward appears, apologies in advance. White With One have an interesting colour challenge this month. Celosia Orange.Once again a bit of research and hopefully I have risen to the challenge.Because of the intensity of the colour I decided to use a black and white photo and use the colour as accents.It is not a colour that I enjoy working with but I was happy with the result.
